I never got to meet you in this world, Bailey but I know you were happy and much loved for 13 years. Some day, we'll meet and play the chase game that we both love so much. |

R.I.P. Cousin Bailey
Tuesday, 10 October 2017
The sunny weekend was perfect for a stroll around Steveston and some fun at Bark Park.
Taking a break after walking around Garry Point Park. |
Giant squids in the sky! |
And it got even stranger! Look who I found in the village! |
Doing my favourite thing at the park. |
Not sure who the tag along is, but he didn't mind the dust. |
Cooper really liked the playful pup! |
Mum fell in love with Bailey, who just got adopted on Sat. |
Taking advantage of the dwindling sunlight. |
Interesting ambiance at dusk. |
Mt. Baker was pretty in pink around 6:30 pm. |
The sun was setting quickly and the lighting was changing by the minute! |

We joined a huge meetup group at Trout Lake Beach on Sunday. Loads of fun!
Ran also took this pic. Unfortunately, Mum & I were too busy having fun and didn't realize he was taking another group pic until everyone was dispersing. |
I finally convinced Mum that the water wasn't too cold. |
Gotta watch out for this ball thief! |
Just about the only time this Westie wasn't barking was when he got too water logged & had to have a good shake. |
Snarf, the little guy kept wanting to take on the goldie. |
Friendly tussle or whispering tales..... =) |
A round of fetch to dry off after a swim! |
Trout Lake Beach from the other side. |
